Great to have Chris help with my single storey extension and internal remodelling project. Chris helped us out with plans for planning permission approval and building regulations for a double storey extension. He is great at communicating the rules for those of us not familiar, incorporated requested changes quickly and was always happy to provide some ideas on how to best achieve our aims. Also really helpful for suggestions of structural engineers, how to approach building regulations and recommended contractors. We highly recommend him!
